Hardworking and motivated professional, actively seeking a new and exciting career in Human Resources. I served over six years in the U.S. Army as a Cannon Crewmember and am currently working as a Customer Relations Specialist. Within my roles I have gained experience in a vast array of HR functions to include employee relations, recruitment and selection, retention and terminations, coaching and mentoring, performance evaluations, onboarding and orientation, training and development, and law compliance.My career aspirations are supported by a M.B.A. with a concentration in Human Resources Management, a B.B.A. in Management and the active pursuit of a Human Resources (PHR) certification, expected in 2019.
