Kyle Wachs joined Corporate Risk Solutions as a Security/Compliance Analyst in April 2013. In this role, Mr. Wachs coordinates with team members and clients to ascertain and define project research needs and technical writing projects, conducts research and analysis on current industry best practices and regulatory initiatives, and assists in the development of training programs. His role also includes project management coordination and developing, designing, and creating new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, and products.

Started a new store and helped make it profitable within the first full fiscal year. Trained associates on store systems and coached associates on their performance. Ensured that the store was constantly ready for customers by presenting new merchandise to encourage sales.

Implemented new inventory location management system, developed a working system and was responsible for rolling it out to the entire store. Converted footwear department into a greater customer friendly environment and generated increased sales. Managed the Home Improvement Department and worked with twenty associates to maintain department standards and make changes as necessary. Coached associates on performance and techniques to improve sales and profitability.
