Trenton Cold Storage is Customized cold storage, temperature controlled warehousing and distribution since 1902. We specialize in cold storage, refrigerated warehousing, logistics and distribution. I Supervise and make sure all day to day shipments both in and out are done in a timely fashion as well as organize how the shifts are ran. I make sure all procedures are done correctly and that everyone is following the SOP's. I work with the Carriers, CSD and sometimes the customers. I have worked there as a Shipper Receiver, Warehouse Operator, Forklift Operator, Backup Supervisor, and currently Shift Supervisor. We work along side another company where we deal with their production both supplying and receiving and storing their products. I worked my way up to Supervisor quite fast and am learning more and more every day about the business. I train new employees and do all tasks of a supervisor as part of the management team.
