It is a true joy getting to know our patients and building the right experiences for them day after day, knowing that it means they are going to be able to live healthier and happier lives because of the work we do to support these brands.I started my time at RAPP by building the strategic discipline from the ground up to support RAPP's new Chicago office in support of their key account, the US Army. After establishing the team, the culture, and our ways of working, I quickly shifted to also championing new business efforts, including leading experience strategy across all new clients for the Chicago team.
