The concept for JOBartO originated years ago while launching and running a job board and experiencing the day-to-day challenges involved. Based on that experience, the idea of creating technology to help job boards be more successful by addressing the technological limitations that we encountered was developed. Undertaking these initiative includes growing the fan base from scratch to a well engaged profile/page. Working with Thomas Publishing, which is a major publisher in New York City. I am responsible for selling job packages to employers/recruiters for the niche engineering and manufacturing job board; ThomasNet Jobs. This has included reaching out to prospective companies offering our free trial program, then, diligently working with our clientele to transition into our paid program.During my tenure with ThomasNet Jobs, the clientele grew from zero to over 150 clients through the use of cold calling techniques in order to establish ThomasNet Jobs as a place for employers/recruiters to reach their desired audience.

I worked at Prisa under the marketing department for Prisacom. Prisacom is responsible for the internet aspect for 6 of the business entities of Prisa. I focused on strategies to generate additional registrants for the business entities. My responsibilities included optimizing landing pages, form registration pages and multivariate testing
