As a referee, I ensure games are conducted in a safe and orderly manner, by controllingplayers, coaches, and parents as well as enforcing the laws of the game. I have officiated over 400 Varsity matches, and officiated matches through the second round of state playoffs.

- Developed spreadsheets to efficiently and fairly schedule shifts. - Maintained pump room and pool chemicals according to state rules and regulations, cleaned and maintained indoor and outdoor pool areas daily - Planned and conducted monthly training sessions for my staff.
