- Served as Director of Assessments at a provider of cloud-based outsourced finance and accounting services, acting as a Solution Architect for the company’s Finance as a Service (FaaS) solution; regularly engaged with CEOs, CFOs, and other executive leadership to solution, price, and sell our services.- Led client-facing discovery meetings, designed standard and custom solutions in consultation with internal SMEs, obtained internal approvals and finalized scope and pricing. Presented solution, including value and potential ROI, to prospective clients and led thorough review of scope of responsibilities and assumptions.

- Developed Oracle Cloud - Day 2 Support offering for clients live on Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and EPM. Led pursuits and proposal creation for various prospective clients. Program Lead for Higher Education Day 2 Support engagements, managing a team of 25+ people across multiple clients- Led the development of a simplified Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM implementation solution for clients in the Healthcare and Higher Education space. Developed methodology, pricing structure, resourcing, and marketing approach, and led responses to RFPs and sales presentations.- Presented at multiple Oracle QBRs to build momentum for novel implementation approach and establish the firm as a premier Higher Education implementation partner.- Co-led the development and management of Huron's Cloud Analyst training program; responsible for ensuring program delivered both technical and “soft-skills” that new Analysts needed to be project-ready.

- Co-led Software Vendor and System Integrator Selection Project for preeminent global non-profit. Success and client partnership during software selection phase led to follow-on work as Business Transformation Lead during the ERP implementation effort, with a particular focus on promoting efficiencies in revenue management (~$340MM annually) and expense report processing/payments (~$25MM annually).- Acted as Program Manager within a major health insurer’s Medicare Marketing department. Successful leadership enabled the insurer to remain compliant with federal regulators, deliver on service promise to a key customer demographic, and improve previously inefficient business processes.

Provided internal consulting services with a focus on streamlining internal operations through business process redesign and improved use of existing technology. Representative experiences include:- Project Lead for a re-implementation of the planning and resource management software, with strategic goal of improving resource assignments and forecasting abilities. Activities included: creating a communications plan; leading a diverse group of stakeholders; assessing current state processes; documenting process inefficiencies and gaps; redesigning business processes; and providing regular updates to the EY Chile Executive Committee.- Project Lead for a process improvement effort for the invoicing and cash collection functions Firm-wide. Activities included: identifying main causes of inefficiencies; directing and organizing the efforts of multiple stakeholders to implement changes; and designing and implementing an improved reporting structure to measure team and financial performance.

Representative experience includes:- Led the upgrade of multiple PeopleSoft Financials modules, including assisting with configuration decisions, retiring of existing customizations, and implementation of new functionality.- Redesigned business processes in Accounts Payable group to leverage the new PeopleSoft solution, resulting in faster invoice processing and payment issuance.- Trained end users on Billing and Accounts Receivable modules, reducing time to issue invoices and process payments received.- Led the development of an enterprise-wide report management process, including guidelines for report usage and strategies for report development, resulting in consistent data retrievals and common reporting techniques.

Representative experience includes:- Served as project manager, leading a team of both client and consultant resources, for a successful Oracle cloud deployment that automated a previously inefficient and labor-intensive workflow process.- Served as a project lead in developing and designing a comprehensive Quality Assurance Program that filled a gap in an organization’s risk management structure and resolved an oversight organization’s audit recommendation.- Supported an SAP implementation that affected over 2,500 end users spread across 11 business process areas.- Created end user training resources, including SAP transaction user guides, instructional slide decks, and exercise guides for selected SAP transactions.- Built an internal website consisting of over 30 individual web pages, hosting hundreds of items of project-relevant content.
