Hired as Dispensary Associate and quickly caught on and promoted to Shift Supervisor in less than three months. Supporting the General Manager and Assistant Managers in motivating and mentoring retail team members. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and motivational skills, and exceptional customer service. Assisting with returns, exchanges, etc. and handling cash drops, drawer flips, etc.

The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding a customer on their journey into cannabis by educating them on the benefits and potential side effects. In this role, you will need to be knowledgeable enough to speak to customers about various products and their effects while providing excellent customer service.

Mostly outdoors (covered). Changing tires, batteries, and performing other services on customer's vehicles. Answering phones, handling cash register transactions, heavy lifting. Customer service.

Same as other role. Worked this location prior to moving to Orlando. Attempted to transfer locations but they did not have an opening for me which is the reason for the break from August to December of 2020.

Answering phone calls, handling cash register transactions, dealing with variety of customers throughout five different locations around town. Being technical support, assisting customers with problems, pushing for sales for commission. Also learned about repairing phones.
