I am an IT Specialist for Washington State HCA and my primary focus is DevOps. I write PowerShell scripts to automate our IAM (Identity and Access Management) related scripts. These primarily take place in Active Directory administration and Exchange server management/administration.I have developed a PowerShell based GUI for my department that allows everyone to utilize PowerShell to strengthen and improve their skill set and efficiency by eliminating the need of the AD interface and the Exchange online interface, which greatly speeds up our regular, routine processes.

Leading all 3 weekend worship services. This involved choosing the songs, leading rehearsals, creating lead sheets from scratch at time, being available for pastoral counseling and guidance of worship team members.Each service consisted of 6-7 songs: 3 at the top, a communion song, an offering song, and an invitation song. The team I led usually consisted of a drummer, bassist, guitarist, pianist, 1-2 vocalists, a sound man, tech director, light operator and video operator.It was also part of my role to schedule all of these positions on a monthly basis to ensure that all of the necessary positions were filled.
