I currently work in the B2B SaaS industry and love its challenging and innovative nature.🔥 As a younger and lesser-known brand in the BBQ industry, Traeger was having a hard time to fulfill their mission to be a culinary powerhouse.I led a team of MBAs to consult the product marketing team at Traeger to help them to fulfill that mission by competing for market shares in the $1.5B BBQ consumable market. During the project, we used various data to analyze the market from different angles to identify spaces that Traeger can win. Our project eventually turned into Traeger's 3-year product roadmap and go-to-market strategy, which would help Traeger gain significant shares in the BBQ consumable market.⚾ Major League Baseball (MLB) was losing fans and their interests. It has led down their revenue from ticket sales and they need to find a new approach to bring in-game experience to their customers.Me and two other consultants were brought in to analyze web and app data provided on Adobe Analytics to understand the customer journey and their behavior. We learned of the pain points for the fans - the physical distance from a stadium or a MLB team.
