I regularly advise technology clients, from startups to FORTUNE 100 companies, on an array of technology transactions, privacy, and M&A matters, with a particular emphasis on blockchain technology.As part of the Blockchain Technology & Digital Currency industry group, I have been working at the forefront of the legal and regulatory frameworks related to virtual currency and blockchain. As head of the Blockchain Operations group, I help clients launch their blockchain-powered products and platforms. Recent clients have included companies such as a decentralized advertising platform and browser, an eSports betting platform, a securities token issuance platform, an asset-backed token ecosystem and a responsibly-sourced minerals supply chain solution. As part of the Technology Transactions & Privacy Law practice, Kyle has represented clients with respect to the legal issues affecting internet products and services, including e-commerce sites, mobile devices and applications, Internet of Things devices and platforms, consumer electronics, supply chain, virtual reality platforms, enterprise cloud services and electronic payment solutions.Kyle previously served as in-house counsel at private and public technology and software companies, and he worked with clients in the telecommunications, information technology, internet, medical devices, biotechnology and energy industries. Worked directly with VP of Business Development to draft and negotiate inbound and OEM agreements. International travel was required. Provided primary legal advice on intellectual property, privacy, human resources and facilities matters. Acted as channel manager for federal sales group. Coordinated a cross-functional group to provide training, prepare and execute marketing campaigns and facilitate inclusion on GSA schedule.
