I am currently employed by G4S in partnership with the NHS, working in their Patient Transport Services. I cover contracted areas in Kent, Medway, and London. I hold a qualification in Emergency First-Aid at Work Level 3 issued by Qualsafe and am looking to advance within G4S through their various progression opportunities.In my role as a Logistics Coordinator, my team and I are responsible for transporting patients to and from their appointments, as well as transferring service users to different hospitals in and around London. It is our duty to ensure that these transfers are carried out safely and efficiently, working closely with our drivers to coordinate logistics effectively.We take great pride in the level of care we provide to our patients and their families, especially during challenging times such as when a patient is under an End of Life care plan.My professional achievements and career progression are a result of my previous experience in the leisure industry, where I spent over three years working full-time as a lifeguard and completed an intermediate level apprenticeship in coaching.
