I have been in the customer service industry going on 8 years now. I have been in the manager/supervisor role for 10 years. I do really well with interacting with people. I tend to make a work bond with them especially if the company I am working for consists of consistency. I have really great communication skills, I am outgoing, play a huge leadership role In whatever job or task I have or am given. I love to work in a team setting. I love to be organized. I love to solve problems or issues. I try to make the outcome as best as I can so no one leaves upset.
