Across my career in real estate investment and development, I have had the opportunity to work with great teams as a Project Executive leading deal acquisition, entitlement approvals and the execution of institutional-level development projects from Southern California, to Silicon Valley, to the Pacific Northwest.In March 2022 I founded Macree Companies, a boutique real estate development, investment, and consulting company with a focus on multifamily and senior housing in the Pacific Northwest after a 12-year career in mixed-use real estate development. As Principal, I lead in setting the company vision while focusing on every aspect of the company’s development projects from sourcing opportunities through project development, construction, stabilization, and disposition. I also serve as an advisor and consultant to institutional-level real estate development and investment clients. Prior to forming Macree, I spent four years as a Project Executive for Portland and Silicon Valley-based family-owned development firms. In the Project Executive role, I led deal acquisition, entitlement approvals, and execution of institutional-level development projects totaling 1,400 residential units and $650mm in total project capitalization. Previously, I spent five years at Irvine Company where I managed project development of Santa Clara Square, an 80-acre master planned community consisting of 1,840 residential units, 175k SF of class-A retail, and 1.7mm SF of class-A office in Silicon Valley.
