Develop relationships with distributors by invoicing purchase orders in eCellar while coordinating the readying of orders at Dana Estates and Valley Wine Warehouse.Prepare all customs paperwork for international wholesale and DTC orders. Manage movement of all wine on property in Vintrace between bonded and non-bonded areas on property. Perform month end inventory counts at winery and off site locations. Ultimately, reconciling inventory discrepancies from the month.

Establish processes to capture guest & member information in an effort to understand and target clients through specific preferences to drive sales and continually improve service.
