I am based in Allen + Clarke's Melbourne office. I'm often the first person our Australian clients will speak to about their needs and how we could help.In addition to my business development role, I fulfil senior leadership roles for client engagements. My clients have included the Department of Health and Aged Care, NSW Health, Queensland Health, Queensland Department of Energy and Climate and the Victorian Department of Health. Prior to joining Allen + Clarke in Australia I held senior management roles within the New Zealand public service and also worked closely with Ministers and elected members as a private secretary. My experience spans policy, program management, strategy and planning, machinery of government, leadership and culture development (human resources), emergency management, pandemic planning and business development in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. I am a fast learner and quick to connect individual actions to the bigger picture.
