As CEO Kylie led financial and digital transformation of the Institute of Quarrying Australia and was responsible for delivering growth in membership, educational services, events and stability. For eight years Kylie was Group Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation Education Group consisting of two Registered Training Organisations and a private higher education provider. Joining the Group in 2010, Kylie was instrumental in growing the organisation's student base from 500 to over 15,000. Kylie was pivotal in establishing Foundation Education in 2011, managing the acquisition of a private higher education provider to expand the organisation and other significant growth strategies for the organisation.
