The role applies appropriate content portfolio strategies, leading edge learning techniques such as social learning and flipped classroom, commercial acumen and end to end ownership of their portfolio subject on behalf of Group Capability and the Westpac Group as a whole. This role will lead ‘networked’ Design and Delivery resources as needed to deliver appropriate solutions.
