I am a problem solver with diverse experiences in identifying learning gaps and creating custom solutions to address them. I have done this as a trainer and manager of a staff of 20 customer service employees, as a teacher managing a caseload of over 120 high school students, as a leader of a five-teacher team, and as an instructional designer and L&D specialist.I am passionate about finding ways to support learning. I also understand that learning is more than just presenting people with information. I am experienced with building curriculum following the ADDIE method, as well as identifying essential learning targets, and designing courses in interesting and engaging ways. I have developed the curriculum for internal and external clients, including HR content and technical product training. In addition to creating learning experiences, I am also skilled at interpreting learners' progress towards mastery. Through my master's degree in curriculum and instruction, I've learned to collect and analyze data to strengthen instruction. I know how to identify gaps in learning and adjust learning experiences based on performance data. I love to be presented with challenges that allow me to improve the learning experiences of others.
