I am a continuous improvement and project professional with a background in the financial services and manufacturing industries. With experience across finance, supply chain management, and lean manufacturing I have expertise in Lean and Six Sigma as well as Agile methodologies. Here are a few highlights:• Process Improvement and Cost Out. Delivered significant process improvement benefits across a range of projects, while simultaneously delivering to regulatory requirements and imposts. Examples include a 40% reduction in touch time for customers through automation of the KYC due diligence system across four countries, and an $800k reduction in vendor spend, achieved through simplification.• Revenue. Led the delivery of additional revenue of >$7M p.a. in facility fees. Achieved this through the identification and resolution of a systemic issue. Through a program of awareness, reporting, and controls, I drove a lift in fee compliance from 22% to >75%. • Risk and Compliance. Managed delivery of seven compliance gaps in 12 months during the AUSTRAC Enforceable Undertaking compliance program. This included everything from solution optioning, delivery, and reporting, through to closure of the AUSTRAC reportable event. I also led the Trade Product Stream for the Banking Code of Practice and Design and Distribution Obligation uplift.
