As someone who oversees the day-to-day activities and is responsible for tracking, strategizing, and reporting on the company's overall progress and goals, I wear many hats and see myself as bridging gaps between different departments, bringing people together to collaborate and execute on big milestones. It is my job to see that the mission and goals of the company are carried out in a systematic, timely, and effective manner. Whether it is building out a new tool for managing Operations activities, creating processes for Change Management solutions, or creating the foundation of Strategic Implementation and Development for the company, my role plays a big part in making sure the road to a solution is clear, communicated, and constantly reviewed in order for leadership to make decisions and look ahead.Highlights: Managing $15MM grant from NIH and collecting grant milestones on time; Designing packaging and inserts for PoC FDA EUA Authorized product; Building out company infrastructure and developing sustainable processes and systems for the entire team.

I had a lot of challenging, fun and exciting moments launching a new program. The promise of a blank canvas was too irresistible, being the creative and motivated person that I am.I worked with over 226+ students, 234 faculty, and various campus partners year round to implement and operationalize teaching modalities, create and operate assessment processes and policy, facilitate the design, use, and utility of classroom design using technology and other campus resources to broaden the learning experience in order for students and faculty to succeed in the program.One of my favorite parts about this job was being consulting & liaising on the big picture work. Being an individual contributor can limit your ability to see the master plan and to know and understand it. Being a part of those decisions, trainings and development plans pushed me to think beyond the status quo and develop and revive systems, tools, and technology to use in a way it had never been used in education, in our school or our programs.

Finally, a promotion! The School of Pharmacy chose me to come on board.I had been working with the Pharmacy courses for 5 years as a counterpart in the School of Medicine, prior to officially joining their team. I was brought on to deal with some of the most difficult courses to manage and execute as complex problem solving and project management is a specialty of mine. I was trained colleagues to maximize the learning management and data management systems we were using to collect important program data and automate more tasks.
