Having been in the property / building industry more than 25 years, my skills are utilised with Sales and Consulting for The Good Property Company and Astute Finance.Residential Property is my focus and understanding the Finance Industry and possibilities is my strength.

I was employed in sales and promoted to General Manager after about 6 months. The business had a number brokers and support staff. We were located in The Junction, Newcastle and did a lot referral business with Robinson Property. Investment properties at Shoal Bay were a big part of our business at the time, with Sydney and Newcastle investors.

Starting as a receptionist and ending up in Sales, my role morphed from Administration to Sales, Contracts Management,Trade contract and management and Interior Design.9 years with this company was a great learning curve and the owners gave me (as a very young employee) every opportunity to learn and grow and improve their systems.Starting here has made me what I am today and the contacts I made there, are still with me today.

McCloys had a staff of 10 women and 10 men. The systems were easy to follow and a great start for a young office administrator. I left because I wanted more exposure to the public - hence targeting McDonald Jones project builders.
