At Nine Entertainment Co, Kylie managed large-scale organisational change projects and led the HR team during major television station acquisitions, including the integration of staff and HR functions. Kylie has a passion for working with individuals and teams to bring out the best in them through coaching. Her strength lies in her ability to hold the space for people to encourage self-awareness, and an understanding of where they are now and where they want to go.
