I’m driven by a desire to make things better for those that need it the most. Over my career as a CEO, senior government executive and transformational leader, I’ve always prioritised strategic organisational thinking with a focus on co-design of policies and services meeting complex customer and stakeholder needs while creating the operating and governance models, systems and processes to facilitate impactful and sustainable delivery. Wearing many hats during my 30+ years in senior management, I draw upon the leadership principles I learned in my early career as a military officer to work relentlessly toward desired outcomes, with respect, collaboration and leadership that relies on influence and inclusion. Drawn towards roles demanding transformational leadership, problem solving, digital innovation and significant engagement with customers, across community and industry groups, sectors including government and private enterprise. I am an orchestrator of people and delivery of organisational and service outcomes. Underpinning this is my ability to respond effectively, and calmly, in times of crisis and seize opportunities for improvement and growth in challenging and difficult times for both myself and my teams.
