Pre-packaging of daily meals for each Delivery Driver to increase efficiency of delivery service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage team of 2 – 5 employees and oversee safety of up to 75 children during high traffic times. Responsible for booking reservations and moving teammates around space in response to changing child to employee ratios. Assignment and oversight of daily cleaning activities, including sanitation of play spaces and restrooms. Taught 2 weekly exercise classes (Sports Skills and Dance) specifically targeted to children and adolescents.

Managed team of 3 college-aged counselors overseeing the safety and wellbeing of 30+ children ages 6 – 9. Itemized and organized Intensive Feeding Unit pantry utilizing standard inventory management practices. Assisted staff Registered Dietitian by creating educational materials for parents of IFU patients. Helped other staff members (Occupational Therapists, RNs, etc.) by collecting preparatory materials. Responsible for maintenance of well-stocked patient treatment rooms and sanitization of all surfaces/toys.

Part-time position on Customer Service Team to support living expenses while in school. Provide each customer with premiere customer service experience with positive attitude, speedy and efficient transactions, and additional nutrition or recipe advice upon request. Sanitation of registers and front area to ensure customer/food safety and improve customer experience.

Oversight of facility operations/events and student safety during shifts; continuously monitor all exercise areas to ensure only approved users (students, faculty and staff) were inside the building at all times. Responsible for properly opening and closing the facility during morning, night, and weekend shifts. Sanitation of exercise machines and all gym-provided linens to promote cleanliness and prevent illnesses. Ultimately, chose to pursue other part-time opportunities that are not subject to a federal 20-hour maximum limit.

Phoenix Elite is a start-up elite cheerleading gym that also offers gymnastics, dance, and resources for parents wishing to exercise or work with a personal trainer while their children are in class. As partial owner, I developed our business plan and financial projections to secure funding. Ultimately, the venture is on hold due to a lack of suitable facilities in the Atlanta city limits and major life changes of the owners. We plan to revisit the idea in a few years once conditions improve.
