-Ability to evaluate financial strength, adequacy of cash flow, the probability of full repayment, and determination if collateral or a guarantor is needed to adequately secure the loan.-Responsible for evaluating and making decisions on renewals, modifications and new deals ensuring quality and soundness for credit transactions.-Authenticates all post loan closing activities, including conditions precedent to closing, are accurate and complete.-Responsible for the quality, integrity and soundness of all financial analysis, underwriting and credit approval processes for an assigned portfolio.-Visits and interacts in person and via phone/email with existing customers and potential customers on credit or risk related matters.-Review uniform commercial code (UCC) filings and obtain necessary documents to perfect security interest in required collateral.-Work closely with loan administration staff in understanding roles and responsibilities for tracking and monitoring borrower relationships

-Coordinates and oversees scheduling and workflow of Teller staff.-Ensures staff compliance with established bank policies and procedures.-Trains and coaches Teller staff as needed.-Ensures appropriate branch cash supply, prepares currency shipments, verifies money shipped to the branch.-Opens and closes vault daily, controls cash in vault, distributes daily cash to Tellers.-Approves Teller transactions as appropriate.-Balance work daily.-Maintain operational proficiency in performing client transaction/service.
