Former Technical Program Manager for the Netflix Technology organization where I focused on creating scalable learning experiences through technology, including streamlining onboarding processes and maximizing training resource efficiency.My most important role is being a mom of two wild little boys. They make me a better person in every way. Most applicable to the workplace is how they've forced me to increase my efficiency, use of my time, and patience. Keeping them occupied in nice restaurants, happy on planes, and thriving as tiny humans learning all the things, has equipped me well for any and all fast-paced and high-pressure environments. While this is a full-time role, I have reliable childcare and very much enjoy my work and quiet time for deep work. Organization is one of my biggest strengths in the workplace and in my home. This has blossomed into a business via social media and expansion into coaching and in-home professional organization services. I absolutely love taking the strategic work I do at Netflix and using that skill to develop my own business plan, thinking in terms of scale and maximizing the value of my time by prioritizing the best opportunities for business growth and monetization. My role as a mother also contributes to my business mission and goals so all of these hats contribute to the growth of the others.
