**Business Development:● Pro-actively search for prospects and study the market trends and opportunities.● Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social medias) to identify new leads and potential new markets.● Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about Outsourcing● Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.● Developing quotes and proposals.● Negotiate and renegotiate by phone, email, and in person.● Achieve the target assigned weekly, monthly and periodically.● Responsible for handling other tasks assigned by Head of Business Solutions/Chief Growth Officer.**Account Management:● Work closely with client and internal operation, provide in-depth understanding of operation flow and market. ● Direct, monitor Customer Service Executive's performances. Report directly to Client and Chief Growth Officer.● Customize report, operation plan, guideline to optimize performance and information delivery.

● Provide effective Customer Support to Chinese clients by in - depth knowledge of company products and programs.● Work closely with recruiting, client delivery and IT operations to ensure timely and accurate work in Chinese Time Zone.● Conduct training session occasionally; analyze all regular issues on weekly basis and provide best solution to client.

**Key Account Department● Maintain monthly KPI by following daily shipment, quick response to client, ensuring required lead time is met. ● Work directly with operation team to give out the best solution for any issue occurs during delivery.● Enquire customer demand, enhancing commercial possibility. **Sales Department● Build relationships with new customers from networks or sales inquiries from call center. ● Introduce service, making quotations, offering clients the best solution to meet their demand in term of cost saving and suitability.● Draft contract, negotiating all the terms.● Coordinate with Operation team and CS team to customize and set up SOP.● Acting – supervisor, coordinator, CS to ensure smooth operation on the first few weeks of running new projects. ● Report directly to BOM, BOD all issues, especially Corporate or Key projects.● Evaluate KPI and revenue month by month.

**6 months Management Trainee in Taiwan, 6 months working in Vietnam● Responsible for managerial administration (accounting translator, HR, bank, insurance, warehouse).● Cooperate with accountants handle tax, finance and daily transaction problems.● Supervise and cooperate with warehouse staff on monthly stock - check.● In charge of monthly import shipment (custom document).● HR management: recruiting, training, testing and evaluating employee performances.● Assist Taiwanese Sales manager (interpreting).● Monthly report to General Manager in HQ administration issues and etc.

● Cooperate with Taiwanese and local team members, custom broker, forwarder: handling custom documents (sea freight, air freight) by checking and examining shipping document (incoterms, import tax, hs code…) ● Translate customs dispatches, tracking good flows and processes.
