As an experienced Security Officer, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to my work. In my current role as an Access Control Specialist, I ensure the safeguard of all information, rooms, and equipment within the facility, while also managing access control rosters and site badges. In my previous role at ManTech, I educated site personnel on government reporting requirements and briefed new employees on all aspects of site security, including physical, operations, and personnel security. I effectively trained and mentored new employees, providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles.Through my expertise in conducting security briefings and providing guidance on all aspects of security operation, I have ensured all employees within our workspace have a clear and informative understanding of security rules and regulations. I am also proud to have received a performance recognition award while I was at ManTech.
