Providing safety consulting services nationally with varying State laws, compliance referencing and reporting in a meaningful way, became an important skill to meet client needs for compliance.Over the past 27years with Worklaw, I have worked with a broad range of businesses including amusements and leisure industry, manufacturing, fabrication, construction and technical services through to community services, aged care, tourism, major events, restaurants, retail, education and everything in between. I have gained a detailed and very practical understanding of the Legislation and risk management approach and how to apply it across all situations, with extensive knowledge and experience in mechanical and technical areas, resulting in swift design and development of tailored safety systems that work.Studies in this area provided the qualifications but nothing prepares you for comprehending safety requirements, business challenges and how to find suitable safety solutions, like Consulting.Now Managing Director/Consultant with a team of staff, I am dedicated to meeting client needs and deadlines.I deliver full safety advisor services to our managed service clients, conduct safety compliance/systems auditing, worker training, legal duties training /workshops, document development, program introduction, maintenance & review, certification programs, tailored Management Systems implementation and integration to certification standard, CM3 compliance and any other requirements to assist our clients with the right advice and protection from legal exposure under the WHS legislation.
