Currently, I am the general manager of a 90 year old, neighborhood flower shop. When I took the position the shop had been a downward spiral with annual sales at 400K It was a neglected and stagnate business with a dying clientele, & community image decades old. In the past 10 years I have taken a sinking ship, plugged the holes and have had a positive turnaround in business and community reception. This has included renovations storewide, bringing on a new sale and design team, updating POS & Accounting technology and 100% of all the financial planning, projections and implantation. In 2014 our gross sales were 1.4 million and we are on track for 1.5 million for 2015
