I am currently a Teacher of Art and Photography in a large secondary school in Berkshire. I have been teaching for sixteen years. I also have a career in photography in the live music and events industry. I am interested in the advertising, editorial and creative aspect of photography as well as press and photojournalism.Because of my teaching experience I have many transferrable skills such as the ability to develop good working relationships with a wide range of people. I am a proactive, driven and creative individual. I am enthusiastic and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. I have the ability to motivate and inspire as well as be inspired by others. I am responsible and well organised with good time management and administration skills. Through my teaching experience I am able to multi-task and work under pressure. I am also flexible in regard to tasks and changes due to a fast paced environment. I have the ability to work in a team and use own initiative. As an event photographer I have covered many events such as Floyd Mayweather, Chris Brown, Sean Paul, Kehlani, J.Balvin, Burna Boy, Wizkid, Davido, J Hus, Tiwa Savage, Shenseea, Stormzy, Skepta, Wyclef Jean, Nas, Mos Def, Damian Marley, Beanie Man, Skillibeng, Shatta Wale, Stef London and many more. I have covered these events at venues such as The O2 Arena, The Royal Albert Hall, The London Palladium, OVO Wembley Arena, Indigo at the O2, The Jazz Café, Eventim Appollo and O2 Academy at Shepherds Bush/ Brixton/ Islington. I have been the official photographer for Ghana Party in the Park for eight years through Akwaaba UK. I am also the official photographer for DLA Media. I also cover yearly The Ghana Music Awards UK. I own my studio which enables me to do portrait photography for my clients. I am highly organised in order to meet client deadlines such as event photography or promotional work for websites.
