News Review Program Manager | Co-led with Senior Communications Manager to drive and execute the bi-annual news review process in which Marketing Senior Leadership share their forward-looking news plans with the Communications Leadership to identify gaps, synergies, and breakthrough opportunities for the company. Training and Development | Collaborate and partner with an external career coach to develop quarterly team coaching sessions based on current needs of the team. Awards and Recognition | Create and deliver the annual awards program for the Communications team at Microsoft. Worked alongside the Communications Leadership Team to identify best in class work across our global communications team.
