I completed a Bachelor of Sports Science at the University of Canberra and scored my dream job of working at the Australian Institute of Sport’s Science and Medicine department where I supported the performance of Australia’s elite athletes. I supported the operations of consultancy Performance Max for 15 years, combining it with raising my 4 children. I was lucky enough to grow up in a family that valued the importance of regular physical activity for lifelong mental and physical health and I was empowered to pass on these values to my own four kids.Not everyone had that same experience and decided I wanted to do something to change that on a large scale which led to founding Champion Life.
