The majority of my 16-year career in the Oil and Gas industry has been working for BP in the Production Laboratory at both the Kwinana and Bulwer Island Refineries/Terminals. This has seen my role vary over the years and given me a detailed and broad understanding of the processes and challenges that come with a position in a busy production laboratory. I believe in continuous improvement and constantly strive to make myself, the workplace and the systems used to be the most efficient they can be.I thoroughly enjoy working in the industry and bring a great deal of positivity into the workplace because of this. I also have a keen interest in all things Safety for myself and peers, having been a safety representative for many years and contributing greatly to making a positive safety culture across all the teams I have been associated with. I enjoy a challenge and am no stranger to going above and beyond to ensure priorities and deadlines are met and that the customer comes out happy.
