During my working career I have mainly gained my professional experience working within the Retail Industry and Customer Service where I have personally gained and accomplished quite a lot to be extremely proud of, developing from a Customer Service Advisor to a Team Supervisor as well as being trained as Store Duty Manager. I also have experience working within a Warehouse environment, not only as a Personal Shopper but also alongside HR's Recruitment Team, Delivery Drivers and the Management Team, especially regarding the Online Department. I have also spent a short time working within Recruitment for the Hospitality Industry and also for the NHS in the Patient Services Department.However, since then I started my journey with Everflow in 2020, starting as a Broker Administrator within the Broker Support Team, I have also briefly worked within the Commercial Team, assisting with creating fresh ideas for our customers whilst also reaching out and building relationships with potential partners. However, I now enjoying working within the Sales Support team as a Retentions Advisor, supporting our Customers, Brokers and Direct Sales agents as well as building relationships with other Retailers and Wholesalers across the country. I enjoy meeting new people, learning as much as I possibly can, whilst striving to be the very best I can be!.
