Provide nursing care for residents with a variety of medical conditions in a personal care home as well as memory care unit•Manage all administration records for prescribed medications, treatments, and assessment of patient readiness for discharge.•Setting up staff schedules to ensure full resident./patient coverage. •Provide support information to all doctors and Pharmacy about patient related information.•Make and track appointments, locate a health provider as needed for residents. Create support and care plans for all residents, administer immunizations as needed to staff, annual and 2 step PPD for any residents, staff members or interns.

Manage all aspect of resident/patient care: Monitoring, administering medications and treatments, reporting status, creating paper work for lab work and appointments, and providing training to residents as needed.•In addition, verifying the expiration dates for all medications, and testing resident for blood and glucose.

Inspect home environment for possible hazards or dangers.•Provide assistance with ADL’s to injured client.•Educate and keep the clients family members updated.•Provide PRN medications as needed.

Provided clinical care for 1-3 patients per shift at the following locations.•Evangelical Community Hospital - Same Day Unit•Valley View Nursing Home•Susquehanna Health - Medical Surgical Unit, OB/GYN; Williamsport Home - Mental Health
