About Kym Edwardes-Evans

I believe that the most challenging aspect of life - both professionally and personally - is in communicating who we are and what we believe in. As a corporate copywriter I learned to communicate big ideas in the most professional way possible. Moving into advertising, as both a copywriter and designer, I found ways to communicate big ideas in the most creative way possible. Realising that big ideas often lead to big changes, the next natural switch in career was to move into Change Management.Over the next 6 years as a Change Manager on tech implementations in multiple industries including mining, telecoms and IT, I've focused on optimising ways to communicate change that brings people and processes together. Finding ways to communicate a change journey helps my clients optimise their implementations to save costs and ensure they're effective, while also providing support for the employees walking the change journey. Change is only scary if you can't see the road in front of you. My job is to help clients to pave the way.
