CurrentDeveloped expertise in the day-to-day management and oversight of technical video production at Storyblocks including cinematography, lighting, visual direction and essential equipment. Trusted to own a video creative workstream (like Social Media video or Product Marketing video) with minimal day-to-day oversight. Responsible for interpreting goals of the function they support and ensuring the delivery of video creative that supports those goals.Technical Expectations:- Owns a video creative workstream and is responsible for resourcing those projects and delivering against timelines they create - Interprets goals of the Marketing function they support to make strategic decisions- Produces and edits video supporting various Marketing creative and campaigns - Contributes video concept pitches and completes light video script writing - Leads camera operation, production lighting and technical production - Manages and makes purchase decisions for production equipment and in-house studioInterpersonal Expectations:- Proactively builds cross-functional relationships that strengthen the impact of their work- Champions brand and company mission in work to elevate our presence in the market- Supports other Storyblocks teams as a video production SME- Works with external creative talent including freelancers and production companies and directs them effectively
