Hello my name is kymoralee Sanders. I am a graduate student from Coppin State University in completion or completing my bachelor's degree. For me to succeed in such a unique profession rich with meaning, action, and the power to make a difference. I want to be able to fulfill that powerful position by pulling communities together, helping individuals and families find solutions, advance changes in social policy, promote social justice, foster human and global well-being. I hope to be able to Manage diversity to create and sustain an organizational environment in which of all kinds can perform well, have opportunities to develop full potential to contribute to the organization, and are equipped to provide culturally appropriate services to individuals with disabilities and families. I hope to embrace other peoples culture, and hopefully teach it to others. We live in a time in which the world is becoming more diverse, but racism and intolerance still exist. I want to be the one to impact the change and speak for the unspoken.
