I joined the Green Party in 2022 and I was elected as a Councillor with Warwick District Council in May 2023, representing Kenilworth Abbey & Arden Ward. I am also a local Parish Councillor in Burton Green, where I live. I am an active member of the UK's Green Party where I hope to be able to contribute towards more sustainable lifestyle choices.I continue to practice as a leadership coach, supporting the NHS Leadership Academy's Executive Development Pathway as well as my private practice. Previously I enjoyed a 38 year career with the NHS, working in hospital management before 10 years in healthcare consultancy followed by 12 years in a system management role, based in London, latterly with NHS England.
