My name is Kyna Lewis and I am a Exercise Specialist with a diverse history in the Fitness Industry. I've spent the last 6 years in a variety of roles ranging from Personal Training to Sales, Strength and Conditioning Coaching for High School Athletes, to where I am today, working with the leading Private Owned Studio in the Oak Park area. I pride myself on the reputation I've built helping individuals accomplish their fitness goals. My reputation comes from my knowledge of Kinesiology & Sports Medicine, and my Collegiate Sports background. One of the reasons I got into Health/Fitness was that I thrive on helping individuals grow and can help develop the confidence to succeed. Ultimately, I take the lead and provide the resources to reach goals on time.
