Hello! I am so excited to be donning a new professional hat as I study to get my BBA with a focus on Marketing. I am the owner of a mobile food trailer. I have 7 years of experience as manager of a small Montana casino owned by Town Pump Inc. called Lucky Logger. I also have a year of furniture sales and office administration experience with Conlin's furniture. In addition to that, I spent 15 years traveling with various carnivals, primarily in either an office or in a supervisory position of some sort. I have overseen ticket sales operations, managed the carnival game line up, and both worked in as well as managed food trailers prior to building and operating my own. I am very skilled in all things customer service related and great at teaching others what good customer service is. I am also very good at de-escalating situations in which customers are upset. I believe very strongly in building up my team because my success is tied directly to the success of everyone I work with. That is true no matter the position I am in, be it supervisor or supervisee. I take great pride in doing things well and I look forward to showing this to my next employer very soon.
