Technical lead of the UK WINTEL deployment team, rolling out CA Unicenter for the ABN AMRO bank. In this position I provided high level technical support on behalf of the Technical Task Force to a global rollout team. I also planned and successfully carried out the installation in London.

Part of the Special Government Gateway Team which maintains and monitors the Australian Taxation Office and Australian Customs Service Internet gateways.

Part of the team building and supporting the Australian Customs Service Customs Connect Facility Project. My role comprised of OS and application support including low level OS/application integration. I received an Individual Service Excellence Award for “Commitment to Client Service” whilst in this role.

I was part of a two man team that designed and developed the Windows 2000 Standard Operating Environment for the Australian Customs Service and was part of the enterprise group that installed the new SOE/hardware platform across the ACS environment.

I was part of the Client Server Group 2nd Level Support team that looked after the desktop systems and services for the Australian Customs Service. This included SOE support/installation, general Microsoft Office support including troubleshoting customised spreadsheets/databases, user-level hardware installation, creation of user documentation, tape backups, UPS installation and maintenance, Visual Basic programming support for internal applications, server installation and relocation and maintenance on the Novell Netware network.
