Kyndall is a values-driven operator, facilitator, and mother. She dedicates her creative energy, writing, and speaking to motherhood, philanthropy, and organizational and individual well-being. Currently, she is most focused on building cultures of care in the workplace for all but especially girls and women of color and parents. She serves as a director at Grantmakers for Girls of Color, where she cultivates values-driven alignment for internal operations and culture. She is also the owner of Kadence, a coaching, consulting, and community platform centering maternal creativity, health, and well-being.All of her work is driven by her faith, womanism, and the belief that our most powerful, aligned, and well selves, including our work, can be accessed through regular moments and seasons of rest.
