In my current role as Assistant Property Manager with Mercy Housing, myresponsibilities include managing a 239-unit Tax Credit Property, leading andcollaborating with a staff of 11 and maintaining compliance with multiplegovernment funding organizations through an annual certification with allresidents. In addition, I am also directly responsible for the leasing, turning, andresident relations of 120 Senior “Low Income Tax Credit Housing” units.
