As a Digital Manager at The Forge, I lead the online strategy and execution of our platform that supports progressive movement building and policy change. I managed the website, email, social media, and online fundraising channels, as well as the data and analytics systems that measure our impact and reach. I have a strong background in digital campaigning and community organizing, with over three years of experience as a Digital Strategist at Black Visions, where I helped amplify the voices and demands of Black communities for racial justice and liberation. I also have a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Minnesota, with a focus on Public and Nonprofit Management & Entrepreneurial Management, which gives me the skills and knowledge to run effective and sustainable digital campaigns. I am passionate about using digital tools and tactics to create social change and empower marginalized communities. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and I have multiple certifications in project management and digital campaigning.
