Responsible for managing client relations, undertaking research and market analysis, marketing and social media management, providing administrative support to the JBBA team, and streamlining systems management.

I was the first Franchisee of UBX Training in Australia. UBX provides boxing and strength workouts to all ages and fitness levels. I built up a loyal customer base within the local community, and employed multiple staff and contractors. I was responsible for developing rosters and policies to ensure compliance of all government regulations, along with implementing sales and marketing campaigns in order to grow the membership base. I conducted daily member engagement initiatives in order to retain members, delivered the training programs to members, as well as all administrative functions which included contract management, reporting, all accounting requirements, document control, updating CRM databases, and creating digital ads and social media posts.

After working within the not-for-profit sector, I retrained as a Personal Trainer, as I wanted a career where I could help people while focusing on improving their overall health and fitness. I developed and delivered personalised and group training programs for clients aged between 10 and 72 at a local gym, as well as doing mobile personal training. I developed an extensive network of allied health professionals to refer clients where required.Special interests included Pre/Post Natal training and Pre/Post Menopausal training, along with High Intensity Interval Training and circuit-style training.

Managed the daily operations of GIVIT's Queensland team of volunteers, including recruitment and training. I developed partnerships with community service providers across all sectors of the not for profit industry. Planned and implemented two iterations of GIVIT's website back end with external stakeholders to ensure the donation portal processed donations and requests as accurately and timely as possible. I attended strategic planning meetings with the CEO, disaster relief organisations and local government departments when GIVIT moved into the Emergency and Disaster Recovery area to provide assistance to those affected by natural disasters. GIVIT now partners with governments in ACT, NSW, Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia.

Developer of basic websites for small business owners in Sydney and Brisbane. Provided technical support for users & responsible for managing customer relationships & business retention.

I was responsible for locating and furnishing office space, developing office procedures and policies, and diary management and travel co-ordination for the CEO and Board members. I also assisted the Director of Human Resources with confidential employee contract management, and prepared reports and correspondence for Board meetings.

Assistant to Group Managing Director of Commercial and Consumer which was the largest business unit within Telstra (33,000 employees at that time). Responsible for extensive diary management and co-ordination of travel arrangements, monitoring GMD's inbox and responding where necessary, conference planning, liaising with senior management team, preparation and co-ordination of Board correspondence, and managed the workflow of the Personal Assistant affiliated with the GMD.

Responsible for developing and maintaining corporate relationships within the IT industry for Telstra's Business and Government unit. Portfolio was worth $10 million annually. Liaised with customers to ascertain their technical requirements across multiple telecommunications products, and collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to design a solution which would add value to their business. Produced detailed business and sales plans for each customer in order to retain their business, and to meet individual sales targets each quarter.
