Responsible for the growth and success of health system relationships as part of AMA physician well-being portfolio. Managed all operations of health system portfolio, leading a 15-person team in developing program goals, communicating with national partners, executing training workshops, and ensuring on-time deliverables. Expanded health system portfolio by 200% in a one-year period through strategic outreach and recruitment of nearly 100 health systems representing more than 100,000 physicians. Established and managed partnerships with 200+ health systems, collaborating with executive officers to set strategic priorities for practice redesign to reduce physician burnout and suicide. Developed and oversaw the implementation of yearly strategic priorities in collaboration with executive team. Designed, scoped, and executed three-year growth plan to stabilize programmatic activities and deepen impact. Developed staffing plans and oversaw annual $5M budget in accordance with growth targets. Designed and executed workshops featuring expert panels to support health system programming and redesign efforts. Served as department lead on enterprise-wide racial and health equity workgroup. Managed over $1M in funds allocated to increase awareness on issues of clinician burnout and health equity, including the formation of more than 150 new partnerships and collaborations between national policy institutions, academic medical centers, and community organizations. Project deliverables included several published papers, the Clinician Well-Being Knowledge Hub, a documentary series, Visualize Health Equity nationwide art show, and additional educational tools. Worked with executive leadership team to develop strategic program initiatives for the Action Collaborative on Clinician Well-Being and the Culture of Health program. Both programs achieved national recognition and resulted in more than $500,000 in additional committed sponsorship over a two-year period.Evaluated impact of all programmatic strategic plans. Assigned and reported biannual KPIs to executive leadership, program staff, and sponsors; Used Google Analytics to consistently track digital impact and identify growth areas. Managed, mentored, supervised, and recruited several staff. Structured weekly work flows to ensure on-time deliverables, provided performance feedback, supported professional development, and addressed performance issues.Independently managed 20-member clinician leadership working group on clinician well-being through monthly conference calls and biannual in-person conferences. Tracked metrics to measure program impact, resulting in streamlined procedures for quarterly reporting to executive leadership and sponsors. Developed overall strategic social media strategy and designed and wrote weekly social media posts, growing Twitter and Facebook pages from their inception to 7,000 and 12,000 followers respectively over 2 years. Designed social media graphics, flyers, postcards, emails, web graphics, and other promotional materials for events and programs including yearly Annual Symposium, Culture of Health Program, and Action Collaborative on Clinician Well-Being and Resilience. Maintained subject matter expertise related to the needs of physician leadership, clinician burnout and well-being, health care delivery system, and health equity, and adolescent health and development. Developed and created content for monthly email newsletter and program-specific email campaigns, resulting in 50% growth in subscribers over two years.

Coordinated events and communication with all program collaborators, sponsors, and expert committee members. Maintained all documentation required for compliance with National Academies consensus report standards. Developed, populated, and managed tracking spreadsheets, surveys, and reporting databases for report committee. Independently conducted systematic literature review on food allergies and presented findings to expert committee. Wrote and edited national report on Finding a Path to Safety in Food Allergy (published 2017).Wrote script and provided post-production strategy for promotional video on nutritional needs of older adults.

Managed on-site event production and execution for more than 500 events at the University Student Union. Directly supervised and managed shift teams of 10 part-time staff, including interviewing, hiring, and training new staff. Coordinated with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution aligned with client needs.

Conducted intake for mother and child participants, including consent and research instructions. Administered surveys and questionnaires for research participants. Assisted lead researchers with daily tasks and laboratory set-up. Collected data and performed data entry. Data was used for formal analysis in peer-reviewed literature on child attachment theory. I attended various workshops and lectures related to child development and attachment theory to further broaden my knowledge in this important subject area.

Surveyed patients regarding nutrition care, efficiency of food service within the hospital, and the degree of satisfaction the patient felt in regards to the communication with the RDs on staff. Recorded survey data and prepared data for quarterly reports to executive leadership. Counselled over 200 patients on specific diets and lifestyle changes to support chronic disease prevention. Organized, designed, and executed interactive health education days for hospital staff and volunteers.

I worked as the Special Events intern where I assisted in planning and organizing Habitat's main gala dinner event. This work included the creation of invitations, save-the-date cards, programs, and signage. I also worked to obtain and solidify sponsorship and donations from over 100 various organizations and businesses in the community. This included community outreach for a silent auction raffle featuring over 200 items.

Under the supervision of Amy Schweitzer, PhD, RD, I provided research support for a graduate research study related to the dietary habits of university students. Measured and recorded research participants'​ vital signs including blood pressure and pulse, and other anthropometrics including weight and height. Performed bioelectrical impedance analysis and conducted pregnancy tests for all female participants to ensure their safety in running the bioelectircal impedance analysis. Organized approximately 170 participant folders and assisted in recruiting and scheduling over 100 students for research participation. Reviewed food logs with participants for accuracy and uploaded Acti-graph accelerator data onto the project's hard drive, checking for inconsistencies and participant compliance. Recorded all participant data in electronic database for further data analysis. Briefed participants and offered basic nutritional and various wellness counseling.
