Kyra leads the development of large, complex, integrated technology solutions for the Pacific Northwest construction market. Working closely with executive level construction buyers and consultants, she provides expertise and a comprehensive suite of technology offerings, including: Building Automation, Security & Fire, HVAC and Low Voltage systems. As Account Executive, Kyra manages client accounts in the Healthcare Market as well as the City of Seattle and King County. Specific responsibilities include:• Developing and delivering outcome oriented solutions and services to the AEC industry for smart buildings that meet client specific business objectives.• Assisting with the creation of design specifications to include state-of-the-art building technologies.• Advocating for sustainable solutions including working with building owners and operators to reduce energy consumption, improve the indoor environment and extending the life of automation, mechanical and electrical distribution equipment.

As Project Manager, Kyra’s focus is on meeting client goals through team collaboration to achieve best-of-class service and project delivery. She’s skilled at the precise detail demanded by healthcare and high-tech environments. Her solid knowledge of construction methods and materials, paired with her professional attributes of leadership and commitment to solution-based strategies make her a valuable asset to many project types. Experience includes: constructability reviews; value engineering; estimating; contracting; 3D modeling; MEP coordination; sustainability and LEAN strategies; and management of budget, subcontractors, and design changes.Select Project Experience:Overlake Medical Center - Cancer Center Phased demo and renovation of existing clinical space for consolidation of Cancer services. Project includes relocation of multiple clinics to create space for new Cancer Center, addition of new 2-stop elevator, new entry canopy, and build-out of clinical, infusion and pharmacy space.Overlake Medical Center - Outpatient Imaging + Laboratory Services Relocation of existing Imaging and Lab, including phased demo and build-out of laboratory services, two MRI suites, CT, PetCT, Xray, Flouro, Dexa, Ultrasound, and associated support spaces. Highline Medical Center Birch Wing + Central Plant Expansion Demolition and ground-up expansion including a new 32-station emergency department, 31-bed patient care unit, future space for laboratory and diagnostic imaging services, and energy plant enhancements designed to support the hospital’s long-term growth plans.Microsoft Buildings 16 + 17 WPAProject includes (5) levels of full demo and office build-out on a tight design and construction schedule. Architectural design features include multi-story canted wood walls, selective demolition of existing PT slab to hang new steel and back-lit barrisol cube structure through the existing floor plate at building entry, new architectural steel staircases.

• Developing marketing campaigns for multiple hospital groups; creating ads to run in medical journals, medical society websites, and various other forms of print advertising.• Managing advertising budgets. • Accounts Receivable: Invoicing clients’ advertising costs, and MMG sourcing, interview, placement fees. • Speaking with physicians about opportunities; creating itineraries for interviewing physicians• Preparing presentations and weekly recruitment activity overviews for our clients
